Presented at Triennale Milano, La casa imperfetta offered an immersion into Inga Sempé’s work through a selection of projects, objects, and drawings displayed within a domestic exhibition.
Conceived as a full-scale house, the exhibition highlighted the depth and precision of her design approach, rooted in careful observation of use. Rather than conveying an explicit ideological stance, Sempé’s work affirmed design as a social act in itself—bringing quality, character, and longevity to everyday objects.
Organized by typologies and uses, the exhibition emphasized an “infra-ordinary” aesthetic, attentive to the everyday and to the anonymous objects that shape daily life.

Présentée à la Triennale Milano, La casa imperfetta proposait une immersion dans l’univers d’Inga Sempé à travers une sélection de projets, d’objets et de dessins, déployés dans un parcours domestique.
Pensée comme une maison à l’échelle, l’exposition révélait la richesse et la précision de ce travail, fondé sur une observation attentive des usages.
